N. Ram Subramani
With 25 years of experience to his credit and expertise in Enterprise Systems Management (ESM). Ram heads overall execution and strategy at Maples. His sphere of influence extends across India, Middle East and the US.
Prior to starting Maples ESM, Ram was the VP/COO for Global Software Ltd., heading a team of 170 professionals. During his various assignments he has led organizations with branches in US, UK, Singapore, Mauritius and India.
Subbu Subramaniam
Subbu is an Investment Partner with BPEP India. He currently serves
on the board of MphasiS BFL where he has initiated and instituted
comprehensive corporate governance standards. He also has served on
various boards including Slashsupport, Cybernet Software Systems, Jyothy
Laboratories Limited, and SRA Systems Limited.
Prior to joining Barings he was the Chief Executive Officer of First India
Asset Management Company Ltd. where he managed a listed equity fund dedicated
to South India. He has worked in senior positions in treasury at Bank of America
and Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank, UAE. Subbu is a Chartered Accountant, Cost
Accountant and Corporate Secretary and is an MBA from the Indian Institute of
Management, Ahmedabad. In addition to being fluent in English, he speaks six Indian languages.
